Slate magazine asks the question: “Should fans feel guilty about all the injuries in professional football?”
I’m sure that Animal Aid would re-phrase the question thus: “Should race-goers feel guilty about all the injuries in horse racing?” Injuries which (and unlike professional football I suspect) invariably result in the victim being destroyed, rather than rehabilitated.
